Nancy Carver, owner of J. Christopher Haircutters, is a highly talented stylist who has been working in her field for over thirty years, having received her initial training at Empire Beauty Academy in Laconia, NH.
Her advanced educational background is extensive. She has trained with some of the industry’s top professionals at Jingles NYC, Sassoon Santa Monica, Sebastion Woodland Hills California, Graham Webb Washington DC, just to name a few. Nancy also loves to bring education into the salon and has made available to her staff advanced color training; among them are Kemon, Wella, Kadus, and Redken as well as advanced cutting classes from Hiroshi Beverly Hills and Euphora Foundations. Nancy has received specialized training with Beth Minardi NYC and is a Certified tech with Framesi, Colorly, and Joico. She is also an American Board Certified Haircolorist. While Nancy is highly educated in every aspect of her craft, her specialty is corrective coloring.
Nancy thanks her staff for their continued inspiration to always be among the best and to continually uphold the stellar professional reputation of her salon within the Andover community. In her spare time she enjoys her family, cooking, and her many animals.
Barbie Kiberstis came to J. Christopher Haircutters in 2007 with over 20 years of experience in the hair industry. Well-versed in all areas of hairdressing, Barbie’s specialty is “Event Hair”; wedding, prom and special occasion up-do’s are her favorite way to spend her time in the salon. Having received her initial training at Melrose Beauty Academy in Melrose, Massachusetts, Barbie has sought education over the years that has enabled her to follow all the changing trends in hair. Among the advanced training are Jingles London, Redken Fifth Avenue NYC, and a three-day Current Trends cutting class at the Aveda Institute in SoHo, NYC. Most recently Barbie has attended in-salon education with Hiroshi Beverly Hills and Eurphora Foundations Advanced Haircutting.
Barbie enjoys spending her time out of the salon with her family as well as exploring her second career as a portrait and local newspaper photographer.
Robin LeBoeuf has been in the hairdressing industry for over twenty years, loves what she does, and it shows in her impeccable work and sense of style. Originally trained at Lowell Hair Academy, Robin has added many classes and seminars to her resume, including training from Hiroshi Beverly Hills, Redken Exchange NYC, Paul Mitchell, Eufora Advanced cutting, and countless other endeavors. Robin credits her mother for getting her interested in this great business of making people feel great and look their best.
Betty Marcella brings over thirty years of impeccable taste and knowledge to J. Christopher Haircutters. Trained at Lowell Academy, she proudly adds a wide array of classes to her resume, including Beth Minardi NYC, Foundations, BioIonics, Redken NY, and countless others. Classically trained and style conscious, Betty will always know what tones and colors best suit you, her client, and will use her expansive skill set to design a haircut shape that works best for you.
When Betty is not at work she loves bike riding, working out, spending time in her gardens and being at the ocean with her husband Bob.
Vicki Delandy is J. Christopher Haircutter’s Color Specialist and has been in the hairdressing industry for almost twenty years. Originally trained through the Capillo School of Hair Design, Vicki has enjoyed expanding her color specialties through the education offered through J Paul Mitchell, Kaliedoscope, Eufora, Redken, Brocato and Joico, among many others. Her specialties include foil highlighting and color correction. With a keen eye for color and design, Vicki will always work to ensure that your hair color reflects a stylish and polished finish that works best for you.
Leah Fortin has been in the industry for 14 years. In the beginning of her career she was committed to learning the craft, now she is dedicated to mastering it. Through the years, she has traveled around the country to educate herself with some of the top stylists in this industry. Being inspired by the educators, she competed in Wella Trend Vision’s hair color competition, worked behind the scenes at Boston Fashion week and most recently became an American Board Certified Haircolorist. Leah believes there is no limit on what the future can bring.

Danielle Manseau, educated at the prestigious Paul Mitchell The School, Rhode Island has achieved great success through advanced and continuing education that includes The Redken Exchange, a Ph.D in Eufora product knowledge, Kevin Murphy Long Hairdressing, Advanced Cutting by Eufora, among many other ambitious classes and seminars.
Danielle specializes in Keratin Protein Treatments, customer service, and Eufora products. In her time away from the salon Danielle likes to spend her time with family and friends and working out at the gym.
